Systemic: no adverse event occurred. Unable to document administration error with detail as none of the administration errors apply and there is no comment section in vaccine administration error so used this option instead. Patient was given varicella correctly (-Mild, Additional Details: no adverse event occurred. Patient was given varicella correctly (with the diluent and the active vial reconstituted correctly).
