Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: patient complaining of arm pain for 2 days, she said she could not move her arm. but she says since this am its a little better and she can move her arm and not as much pain, she says now her upper arm to her elbow only hurts-Severe, Additional Details: patient complained of pain in her left arm. and said was given badly. will follow up with patient tomorrow
