Systemic: Shingles; fever blisters; and mouth ulcers.-Medium, Additional Details: Patient has been experiencing Shingles, fever blisters, and mouth ulcers ever since she received the 2 aforementioned vaccines. The symptoms come and go, but haven't completely cleared.
