The patient's relevant medical history included: "High cholesterol" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: LIVALO taken for blood cholesterol increased. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, single), administration date: Mar2020, when the patient was 60 years old, for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "Herpes zoster reactivation". The following information was reported: INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (non-serious) with onset Jun2020, outcome "unknown", described as "Dose 1: March 2020/Dose 2: June 2020"; HERPES ZOSTER REACTIVATION (non-serious) with onset 2020, outcome "unknown", described as "It was after dose 2 - 6 weeks to the day again. another case of shingles".
