Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Additional Details: pt had fainted, was pale and was sweating. 911 was called and the emt took pt out to the ambulance to examin her. I spoke with her father ( who brought her for the vaccine) 5/24/25 and he stated pt was doing well and did not go to hospital
