Symptom narrative

Redness swelling at injection site started within a few hours of administration. Sx's worsen with soreness and swollen axillary lymph nodes in same arm. Pt. reports pain soreness and stiffness in L. arm. Seen by provider on 5/28/25, Dx'ed with cellulitis with improving sx's. On 5/28/25, injection site is red, hot, and swollen. Measures 5 inches across and 2 inches in length. , RN
