An 81-year-old female patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: GW7965) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Sick"; EAR DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Got fluid in both ears"; DYSSTASIA (non-serious), BALANCE DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "I cannot even hardly stand up and my equilibrium is gone". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of illness, ear disorder, dysstasia, balance disorder. Additional information: The patient was so sick, cannot even hardly stand up and her equilibrium was gone and have got fluid in both ears. The patient was given Azithromycin and Meclizine.
