Symptom narrative

Patient stopped speaking and went into a seizure. After coming too, she claimed she had ringing in her ear before it happened. She use to get that same feeling when she used cocaine and her blood pressure spiked. EMT was called. They monitored the patient, but she refused to go to the hospital

Current illness

Patient only listed a meat intolerance on her consent form. After the episode she stated she was epileptic and suffers from blood pressure issues. Patient also stated she has heat intolerance and gets seizures from the heat too. Does not take medications for this condition. Claimed she was a former cocaine user. Also stated she has liver issues that will require treatment.
