A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "has long Covid symptoms". Clinical course: Reporter stated she was trying to find a Novavax vaccine for her daughter before she was travelling to (redacted). She stated her daughter "needs to get the Novavax because she reacted very badly to Pfizer and everything". She did not mention if daughter has had any Novavax Covid-19 vaccine previously.
