Symptom narrative

Per client's mom: Client took first capsule 5/25/25, took second capsule 5/27/25, complained he thought his new shower gel was making his skin itchy. Took third capsule 5/29/25, started with hives. Over the next several days hives broke out systemically-hips, abdomen, lips, feet. Client complained of sore feet. Client has taken benadryl and zyrtec,and was seen at an urgent care office 6/3/25.
