Symptom narrative

Burn like rash around eyes, all the way down around my face and around mouth. Severe burning with small blisters. Small bumps still remain around eyes, never went away. Severe pain around injection site going all the way down arm. Weakened use of right hand, slowed hand response. Pain still persists.
