Symptom narrative

Tdap vaccine was administered too high in the left deltoid area (<1 inch from the coracoid process). Pt felt pain with administration of the vaccine that persisted for several weeks and is still present today. Pain didn't improve with conservative management such as application of heat, ice or taking oral NSAIDS. Pt's mobility is full but painful.
