Symptom narrative

Patient's mom states that around 6:00 pm last night patient presented to her with red hives down entire right arm. His feet were also bright red. (She states that he gets the same reaction of red feet when he is exposed to hazelnuts.) Mom called hospital triage nurse and was advised to give Benadryl. She gave patient benadryl and both hives and red feet improved. No further issues today. She contacted his PCP and they advised him to call and report to us. They will followup with him next week.
