Other Case identifier(s): AE-019505 (BioNTech). A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: SUICIDAL IDEATION (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "planning to commit assisted suicide this summer"; PROSTATE CANCER STAGE IV (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "late stage prostate cancer". The reporter stated that the consequences of Covid and the vaccines used for it were piling up at an increased rate. The patient had late-stage prostate cancer and blamed the vaccines for it. He was planning to commit assisted suicide this summer. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
