Symptom narrative

MOP states the child woke up and had a red, macular rash on her face, that progressed down her body through out the morning. Pt was not scratching. MOP also states pt is "not herself" and fatigued with yellow poop. Mother says the child has not exhibited this color before. There are 2 blisters on patient's fingers, but MOP suggests its probably from teething, since patient has been chewing on her fingers. no recent change in diet or activities.
