Symptom narrative

Patient's father brought him back to the office about 30 minutes after he left. He had hives on bilateral arms, face, neck, chest, and back. Patient was coughing and trying to clear his throat. He stated his throat felt tight and he was SOB. Patient was sent straight to the ED. Patient was given Zyrtec, Epi, Famotidine, and Solu-Medrol.
