Symptom narrative

Varicella was administered in error. Colleague came to clinic for administration of MMR dose #2. Colleague has a history of Varicella positive titer and reports no allergy to Varicella. Colleague was educated on potential adverse reaction and at this time denies any adverse reactions. Colleague was administered MMR #2 on opposite arm within the hour of receiving Varicella.
