A 78-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "prescribed Paxlovid". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. Clinical information: During an inbound call the patient, (name withheld), stated, "I was prescribed Paxlovid and in the past when I've taken it, I've never paid anything." Later, she said, "the only medication that I do out of Pfizer is just this COVID medication, Paxlovid and the other Pfizer thing is, when I get vaccinated I I only do the Pfizer vaccine, that's it." Towards the end of the call she states, "It's very frustrating cause I feel sick right now and I really don't want to be going through this but it's terrible." No follow-up attempts are possible.
