Symptom narrative

MOP states she had symptoms day of vaccination May 7th. Pt had drooling, weakness, fussiness, nausea, throwing up, fever of 102, and swelling of her tongue and could not pull her tongue back in. These symptoms went away the next day. Pt still had chest/nasal congestion and difficulty breathing. MOP took her to UC that weekend and was given Prednisone and antibiotics for an URI. MOP has used saline mist, humidifier, allergy meds with no improvement. The symptoms have continued to today. Pt has an appt today for the side effects. Pt did have a PCV20 vaccine given 06-10-2025 lot number LX2497 in left leg.
