On 06-Jun-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) solution for injection, 0.5 mL and Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) solution for injection, 0.5 mL (dose number, route of administration, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not reported for both), for prophylaxis (Accidental overdose). The vaccines were reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) solution for injection, 0.5 ml (lot# and expiry date were not reported).
