Symptom narrative

patient presented 3 days post vaccine with an inflamed arm. the vaccine administration site was red, warm to the touch, and swelling. the affected area was roughly the size of a softball. we recommended she treat with ice, advil, and benadryl. patient states symptoms are improving from when we saw her yesterday.
