Symptom narrative

Approximately 9:30 I got a terrible headache, muscles aches, dizziness, nauseous, my left arm where I received the shot was painful, and I had low energy level. My back aches the most. I felt drained and extremely fatigued. I didn't sleep because the aches and headache pain was awful. I did take a migraine Excedrin in the morning but I was very nauseous.
