Symptom narrative

numbness of right leg. started in toes, progressed upwards, stopped at his knee, resolved 18 hrs later. right leg muscle weakness, limited ROM of feet toes. increased deep tendon reflexes. hyper reflexia, positive babinski in Left side. Back pain several days later. worsening persistent fatigue

Runny nose and sinus drainage 1 week prior to vaccines, fatigue 1 week prior to vaccines

Spinal cord MRI, brain MRI. Lesions found on T3-t7, Lumbar puncture. Chest CT, Abdomen CT, Pelvis CT, Full body MRI.
