Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: Chill headaches 1st night. subsided after 24 hours. delayed local reaction a couple days after on 6/5/25. warm, tender, and pinkish-red rash patient has been icing area.
