Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Patient reported not being able to do daily functions and she was thrown out of the loop. Couldn't do anything just sitting there and she had a similar situation with the previous COVID vaccine received 01/04/2024 where she had no recollection of what happened for those couple of days following the vaccine.
