Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: pain down arm, verified shot was given in middle of deltoid-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Additional Details: patient reported pain numbness in arm shot was given in, shot given using proper c technique, and verified with patient shot was given in the middle of deltoid, i do not believe this is a radial nerve injury, advised patient sometimes vaccine can cause pain and if not better in 2 more days see a doctor
