Symptom narrative

Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: passed out for about 30 seconds-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: Patient experienced syncope after receiving the pnuemonia and shingles shot (patient is immunosuppressed) and loss consciousness breifly (about 30 seconds). After coming to patient was offered water and an ice pack while blood pressure was measured (104/60 mmhg). After sitting with the patient for 15 minutes, the patient felt she was okay to go.
