Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Additional Details: patient had pain in her arm joint - could not lift her arm without significant pain. After dr appt, MRI possbile is still having pain. Patient also stated she was running fever 104 the afternoon and next day after vaccine.
