Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: pt fainted after vaccine, laid down for 5 minutes. went to lobby to wait. felt light headed again. laid down for 10 more minutes with glucose tab, chocolate, and water. felt better after.
