Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was placed in the examination table for vaccination for Tdap and MCV4, Menquadfi. She was very anxious about the vaccination. after vaccines were given, patient was feeling light headed and was lowered to the bed. she stayed there for few minutes . She took some cold water that the father bought as well as washed her face with cold water and felt better. no fall, no hit on the body nor swelling noted at any site.
