Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had just come from the pharmacy where he had an MMR vaccine administered. Patient was pale, diaphoretic, nauseous, not feeling well, and dizzy. Brought patient into the room to lay down on the bed. Patient states that he has never had a reaction like this before. After about 5 minutes color returned to the patients face and she stated he was feeling better. Deferred other vaccines at this time.
