Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received vaccine on 06/10/2025, reported developing rash in the evening on 06/11/2025. Came back to pharmacy for assistance, counseled patient to take benadryl orally and apply hydrocortisone on rash for itching. Advised patient to go to urgent care if worsening symptoms or if they do not improve in a few days.
