Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: patient had vaccine on june 7th, only symptom she reports was muscle soreness. On June 8 she experienced flu like symptoms including but not limited to hot sweats, body ache, soreness on arm of injection to which she took tylenol. June 9, she started gettting redness all around arm and itchiness. fever and sweat were gone, but soreness still present. She stopped taking tylenol. patient reported to the pharmacy on june 12 witgh soreness, and redness. states the redness is getting better,still itc
