Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Error: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-, Additional Details: Patient got a covid shot 8 months ago and stated that she now has nerve damage near the injection site and her doctor said that it was a result from a vaccine. Patient asked for corporates phone number and the name of the immunizer because she would like compensation. Exact details were not provided so the severity of the injury is unknown.
