Presented to the ED with reports of "pain all over." Started feeling poorly the afternoon after receiving both vaccines. Subjective fevers reported. Hospitalized for diffuse pain on 6/13/2025.

Current illness

No acute. See chronic.

Medical history

sickle cell trait, generalized weakness, PTSD, depression, CAD, sleep apnea, headache, recurrent falls, chronic pain, functional neurological symptom disorder, long COVID

Other medications

acetaminophen 650 mg q6hr PRN pain/fever; Combivent inhaler 1 puff QID PRN SOB; albuterol 180 mcg inh QID PRN, buspirone 30 mg BID; cyclobenzaprine 10 mg TID PRN; fluticasone 440 mcg Inh BID PRN wheezing; gabapentin 600 mg QID; hydromorphon
