Symptom narrative

On 6/11/25 @ 8:34pm I received a message from RN regarding patient's shots, she attached a photo of his arm. It appears to be a reaction to the one of the vaccines. She instructed the Mother to give the child Benadryl and to take child to the clinic in the AM or the ER tonight if child began having worse symptoms. I explained I was out of town but would report it to VAERs on 6/16/25 when I returned. I asked for Mother to call me. The child's right upper arm was erythematous, whelps and what appeared to be blisters were noted . No fever reported. Child was "acting fine".
