Symptom narrative

After vaccinations were administered to the child it was discovered that the Prevnar 20 dose expired in 12/2024. Dose was manually added to Department of Public Health during the visit because the nurse was not able to scan the barcode. After discovery that the Prevnar was expired, the dose was deleted from Department of Public Health. The dose will be repeated at the next clinic visit.
