Symptom narrative

Within 14 days of administration I experienced vertigo while seated, and word finding difficulities. Subsequently I experienced intermittent aphasia, dysarthria, tingling on the left side of my head and face, muscle contrations in my neck.

Lab data

March 24-25, 2025: Brain and neck CAT scan and MRI, EKG, EEG - all with no abnormal findings. MRI mapped to 2014 MRI shows no changes in the brain.
