Symptom narrative

Approximately 1-2 minutes after administration into left deltoid, patient experienced tonic-clonic seizure activity. He was sitting on the table during administration, fell forward, off the table and hit his head. Patient was examined by physician post seizure and advised to proceed to ER. Mother declined ambulance transportation. Patient was wheelchaired to his family vehicle, placed in the passenger side, and dad and mom proceeded to take him to the ER for further evaluation and imaging studies.
