Symptom narrative

Patient received Comirnaty vaccine on 6/14/2025 and noticed injection site redness starting the next day. On 6/17/25 the patient returned to the pharmacy to show the reaction. The injection site was red, swollen, and warm to the touch. The patient was seen at her PCP office on 6/17/25 for suspected cellulitis. The prescriber advised the patient to watch the injection site for another 1-2 days and take an antibiotic only if the reaction worsens or does not improve.
