PT RECEIVED THE TDAP VACCINE AND LATER DEVELOPED SWELLING/ITCHING, REDNESS, AND PAIN THAT GREW OVER NIGHT INTO THE NEXT MORNING. PARENTS/GUARDIANS DID NOT GIVE HER ANY ANTI-HISTAMINE OR TREATMENT.
