Symptom narrative

1/6/22 extreme diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain. Reported to ER. Imaging revealed hundreds of splenic lesions. Admitted and placed on liquid diet. Diarrhea subsided, nausea and abdominal pain remained. Ultimate diagnosis for cause of abdominal pain and nausea was gastritis. No history of gastritis prior. Treated with PPIs, symptoms continue today when stopping medication. GI issues continue including blocked colon during 20204.
