Symptom narrative

The vaccination administration itself went well but then the patient reported he had a lot of arm pain and loss of arm strength. He reported this to us at the pharmacy on 6/18/2025. At this time we found out the patient had already gone to his doctor and received prednisone for his reaction but he did not report much relief on 6/202/2025 when he finally called me back to discuss.
