Symptom narrative

A week later the patient reported significant shoulder discomfort when raising the arm with frontward abduction. Advised she start taking ibuprofen 600mg TID for the next few days and encouraged continued ROM.

hypothyroidism, anxiety/depression, HLD

bupropion 150mg SR PO BID, clonazepam 0.5mg BID PRN (rarely used), fluoxetine 60mg PO daily, levothyroxine 112mcg PO daily
