Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine Friday afternoon. Reported to pharmacy Monday morning. Arm soreness at injection site. There was some redness further down the arm around the bicep muscle. RPh recommended Chlorpheniramine, tylenol/ibuprofen, and icing the spot for the pain.
