Symptom narrative

Patient experienced arm swelling consistent with an Arthus reaction. She presented on June 20th with noted improvement at the injection site. On Monday, June 23rd, the patient called to report that she had been hospitalized over the weekend for one day due to shortness of breath and reported "swelling in the chest cavity." She stated that hospital staff informed her she may have had an allergic reaction to the injection.
