Hallucination

Symptom narrative

Donor states having hallucinations after leaving center from receiving rabies vaccine. Vaccine was given at 1345, waited 20 minutes for any reaction. Donor then left center, as he walked to a close by store to buy groceries, he felt hallucinations as if someone was following him.
