Symptom narrative

Patient started feeling lightheaded and hot about 5 minutes after the vaccination. It could have been related to her being nervous about getting the vaccine. Patient was fanned to cool down and offered cold water to drink. She did not start feeling better within 5 minutes and she requested we contact 911. Her blood pressure was taken and it was 126/74 with a pulse of 79. Patient was then taken by paramedics within 15 minutes after vaccine was given.
