Symptom narrative

After second dose of shingrix, patient reported that she was having burning and urging sensation to go to the bathroom and ended up wetting herself. Also, she came down with a cold and was congested. Biggest compliant was about the bladder issues and unable to hold in her urine. Patient was advised to see a doctor / urgent care. She did not report back to the pharmacy if she did so.
