Left shoulder with erythema and warmth. MD prescribed cephalexin (10 day course) and cetirizine.

Current illness

heart burn and epigastric pain, bilateral lower extremity pain

Medical history

Anxiety, psoriatic arthritis, colonic polyp, prediabetes, stress urinary incontinence, TMJ syndrome, chronic compression fracture L1, HTN, hyperlipidemia, varicose veins of both lower extremities , ASCUS of cervix with negative high risk HPV.
